We offer programs at the Oklahoma County Juvenile Detention Center on Monday nights, every other Wednesday, and every other Saturday. The children at the juvenile center deserve to have positive influences pouring into their lives. The children experience faith-based messages, open communication, follow up services, and mentoring. We've been approved to provide one-on-one mentoring upon release which is a critical key to the success of these young people. Having someone in their corner helping to maneuver the judicial system of probation, continuing their education, and learning life skills for a successful future.

We are building a program at Bill Johnson Correctional Center in Alva, Ok. This is a more comprehensive program designed to work with the youthful offenders to better prepare them for life after release. This program includes curriculum, access to additional resources, and a cutting edge distance mentoring program. The pilot program will consist of 10 mentors for young men aged 18 - 25 returning to the Oklahoma City metro area. They will attend the character building classes, the re-entry classes, interact weekly with a mentor through video conferencing while they are in the facility, and continue to work with their mentor in person upon release.
